How do people not like this book??? It does so much to not only deepen the understanding of Eloise's character, but also set her up with a love interest who truly values her in a way that her family doesn't. Plus it's funny AND touching! The sad thing is I know the show is going to butcher this storyline. 

AND ELOISE NAMES HER DAUGHTER PENELOPE!!! REAL TEARS!!!
