Classic Ilona Andrews -- good fun, sizzling romance, lots of fighting.

May or may not have stayed up until 2am to finish it (I did.)

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and actually might be more invested in Hugh's story now than I am in Kate's. I mean, I love Kate, but after nine books even the best characters can become a little played out. I've always found the psychology of the villains more interesting, and getting to understand Hugh a little more was awesome.
