I loved loved LOVED this book. I think it was written in such a thoughtful way. For example, it is clear that the FMC is on the curvier side, but it is written into the text in such a way that normalises this trait for an FMC.
Also, the way in which the MCs interact with each other was just *chef's kiss*.
There are elements of gaslighting (not between the MCs) and low self-worth that some may find triggering, so please check trigger warnings before reading - mental health matters.
The character development was just amazing. This is the first of Cate's books that I have read, but it won't be the last.
