There was a lot I liked about this one, it was fast paced and exciting and the tension kept mounting throughout the book. It’s also fairly short so between that and the pacing I flew through this. It flips between past and present with short chapters that kept me turning the pages and I was always desperate to get back to whatever timeline I wasn’t currently reading because most ended on a mini cliffhanger. It was also a bit outlandish and ridiculous with truly unlikable characters but I don’t always mind reading about awful people. If you don’t mind some silly plot points and terrible characters but do enjoy heart pounding and intense action try this. ​
