i can’t really say a huge amount about the actual plot of the individual books since in a lot of ways it would spoil previous books to mention what’s happening.

so instead i will only talk about the couples in the books.

and i wasn’t the biggest fan of this one.

i liked them fine as individuals and but for me they didn’t work together.

not sure what exactly didn’t work for me here but just something didn’t click with me.

which is fine. not every single couple of this long series will be a winner for/to me. this one was just one of the ones i didn’t enjoy as much.

mostly because i think both should do a lot of personal work before even considering a relationship and whole basically all couples in this series could use that advice since all relationships are more or less build during very stressful situations for at least in partner -not all but a good amount of them.

but there is trauma and then there is what happened in this book and with especially the woman here that just makes it a bit hard for me to see them as a good couple.

all in all i think my least favorite from the series so far and the one that took me the longest to read since i kept losing interest in everything that was going on.

but i hope the next one will be better for me again.
