Cher: The Memoir, Part One
by Cher
informative
medium-paced
Cher goes all the way from the beginning of her mothers life so you really get the full picture of who she is. At first the transition from Cher to the narrator was awkward, but after a while I didn't even notice. I appreciate that Cher wanted to read a bit from each chapter and share her life, but due to her dyslexia would be too hard, so she found a compromise.
