The Crown of Gilded Bones
by Jennifer L. Armentrout
This follows the events right after A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire. That’s all I’m going to say because then I would be getting into spoilers.
Now, wtf did I just read?! I think Jen may need to pay a therapy bill for me. This book was a rollercoaster and was so intense. She did not lie that this book starts out with a bang and I will say it goes out with a bang. There was a lot of twists in this book. I loved all the sweet moments between Cas and Poppy and I think they were needed with all the stuff that happens later on in the book. This book is definitely my favorite out of the series so far. This will make my favorite books of 2021, but I have to say it is my number one favorite so far. I can’t wait for ASITE in October and book 4 sometime next year even though I need it like now.
