This is the fifth book in the Dream Team Shifters series but was the first I had read and I was able to follow along with the storyline fine and backstory was provided about other characters featured more strongly in the previous books although I am sure it is better if you have read them. I really enjoyed getting to know Alex and Jane in this book and thought the two of them worked well together once they finally accepted their connection. The other characters were all entertaining and the plot moved at a good pace. The epilogue was also really enjoyable.
