It's a simple alphabet book. It has jobs you don't normally see in other alphabet books, which is a high point. However it's subtitled “a gutsy girls ABC” and this could be for girls or boys. The author has said it's a girl so I don't care for that. overall it's standard. There is nothing special, there's nothing unique. It will be read and it will fit into many collections, however I don't think it has staying power.
