I sometimes find crime fiction hard to rate because of the amount of detail that goes into them. 

This one is on the longer side and has sooo many plot points and characters - it became too much for me to really enjoy it. 

The serial killers in this one were hella spooky, though, and made up for the lackluster attributes our main character, Investigator Henley, possessed.
