Think 13 going on 30, mixed with a dash of Click and make it LGBTQIA+. It was a good story and would have gotten a better rating if not for one of my biggest pet peeves, pointless pop culture references. I don't understand why authors feel the need to put so many in when it just makes the writing feel cheap and sloppy.
