Oh my goodness. This was exactly the romance read I needed in 2022. Perfectly sweet, captivating, and gratifying, I lost myself in Kelleys Island, Ohio for a day. After reading Float Plan, I had high hopes for The Suite Spot, and Rachel and Mason’s story exceeded my expectations. They are a perfect fit, and I loved the cabin/taproom setting, fun community of Kelleys island, and the hard situations they had to overcome in life to find each other and their true home. Trish Doller has such a special way of writing romances that seem so “normal” and real - not too fanciful - but just right, so that readers can connect with a true, imperfect love story.

I was actually born outside of Cleveland and have been to Cedar’s Point and Sandusky, so it was fun to recognize the places mentioned in this story. I really appreciated this low-key setting after Anna and Keane sailed off in tropical paradise in book one.
