i didn’t read the synopsis before going into this book and let me tell you… this is not what i thought it was going to be about lol

kinda cute and a little weird, which means i mostly found this to be an endearing read.

although, i really wanted the author to explore some of the more absurd aspects of this plot. like girl, you are invisible ?! why is everyone being so nonchalant about this ?! i need a full-blown investigation, along with the crazy side quests and emotional revelations !!! i would be convinced i’m dying or being punished by a higher power lol

anyways, i’ve never been that big a fan of magical realism, so maybe it was never supposed to be my thing. but i do recommend for a fun time. also henry <3 best dude <3 supporter of women’s wrongs <3
