I will read absolutely anything that this duo writes because they really know how to write about SECRETS! I just love secrets; I especially love the drama that ensues when the secrets become known.

Avery is an unlicensed therapist who makes her living off of her ingenious ten-step session therapy plans. When Marissa and Mathew, a seemingly perfect couple, enter into the ten-step Avery program, Marissa reveals that she has cheated on Matthew but wishes to reconcile. Avery works through the marital issues with the perceived ‘Golden Couple’ and finds that the program is working very effectively, almost too effectively for this couple. Marissa wants to make this work with Mathew, but she is still holding onto a big secret, and Avery knows it. Sometimes what we see is not always what is true.

I really liked this one. The plot was well executed and the big reveal was actually a big surprise for me. If you like secrets, unconventional investigations, and just lots of secrets, I highly recommend this book!
