The Book of Accidents
by Chuck Wendig
I honestly couldn’t finish this, but it felt like someway fantasy has been forced into an adult fiction book, and the writing so I was just off felt like it was drowning on for much longer than it needed to the characters, and their plates seemed very low steaks and the really interesting part of this book stories of like the demonology and a really interesting fantasy aspects. We’re pretty much overshadowed by is interpersonal. Why a sort of conflict where it’s like do you want to save the world? Is the world worth saving our people good and I was just wasn’t interested in the way the author was writing that it seemed very straightforward and there was no dynamic in this conflict and I wish that focus more infinity elements or even created a more unique discussion about the issues at hand.
