3 stars? a fave? i do have a lot of feelings about this book. it's epic, but not That effective, at least not all the time. the first part, when the "wolf" from the title is still a child, is perfect. unfortunately, the rest doesn't live up to it (which isn't surprising bc long books tend to be like that), but isn't exactly bad either. maybe i come back one day to elaborate my thoughts on the why.
