Unfortunately, this workbook fell flat for me. As someone who has struggled with self-love and was hoping for a helpful guide, I found this book to be lacking in depth and substance.
The exercises and prompts felt shallow and unoriginal, and didn't provide any new or profound insights. The writing style was also quite simplistic and felt more like a shallow social media post than a thoughtful, well-researched book.
I was expecting a more comprehensive and nuanced approach to self-love, but this book felt like a surface-level scratch on the topic. The Kindle edition was also poorly formatted, with awkward spacing and font choices that made it hard to read.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone looking for a meaningful self-love journey. There are far better resources out there that offer more depth and substance.
