Finished book 2 in the Sophie Katz series and I can honestly say I liked it 10x more then the first one. I still can't stand Sophie and I'm not sure how or why other people refer to her as lovable. She's an alcoholic who makes bad decisions and gives bad advice. But this book focused on her sister being blamed for the murder of her unfaithful prick husband. There was also a lot of race talk. Being bi-racial I was able to relate to the positive and negative sterotyping in this book. Looking forward to reading book three. Still waiting for Sophie to get punched in the face.
