If you have been sexually harassed in the workplace but have signed an NDA, you CAN come forward to the authorities. If you witness sexual harassment in the workplace, you CAN report it without violating an NDA. 

I don't feel like the author fact-checked any information regarding what a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covers. It only covers trade secrets (in this case: recipes, technique, cost, etc.); an NDA does NOT cover any sort of illegal activity. For all the good messages about how valid sexual harassment victims are, they're undermined quite a bit by the misinformation regarding NDA's.
