I Choose Darkness is a short essay by Jenny Lawson about why she prefers Halloween over Christmas. It has her signature humor, but I personally couldn't connect with her memories. Readers who are closer to Lawson's age may enjoy this one more than I did as they will be able to relate to her childhood memories of the holidays.
