I really enjoyed Seven Days in June. A contemporary romance, I loved the chemistry between Shane and Eva. Their backstory is revealed throughout showing their personal growth, struggles and depth of feelings for one another. I was easily hooked. Brilliant representation and Ty had me in bits. Audre, Eva’s daughter was an amazing character. It had everything, a bit of steam…but not overdone, love, some snappy one liners adding humour and complex families. My only gripe was the ending. It felt a bit shoehorned into the epilogue and hurried. Having said that there is no doubt I’ll be reading more from Tia Williams. And loved that the character for The Perfect Find was in Seven Days - very TJR…I love a shared fictional universe!
