I never heard of Pegan but like her a lot. This is a sad story, all too real, and happens far too often. A girl hurt, ruined, abused, and then...well let's say this isn't a happy ending. Batman has to stop another from going too far, but it's not something as simple as stopping a "bad" guy. I found this hard to read but well worth it.
