This was everything I hoped for and more! Darcy delivers another amazing read 😍
The first chapter had me hooked, starting with the POV of the original family. Throughout the book, the truth of Rookward is learned by dreams that the MC, Guy, has. At first, I thought maybe Amy wasn't who she was made out to be. Obviously in life, she was a crazed stalker, but in death and as a ghost, it could be Louise.
I've read majority of Darcy Coates haunted house books, and this one was unique with the twists and influence that Amy, the ghost, has. Altering reality? Fucking trippy and gave me chills!
The ending was the HEA that all of her books are and I love it! I love feeling all of the happiness of the characters after getting scarred and tormented about dark corners and shadows😂
