I keep thinking I don't enjoy dark romance, but every time I read one that is well written, I realize that I DO like dark romance. I just need to accept it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ This was an engrossing story. I read the first one and was intrigued enough to want to stay in the world to see what was going to happen. I love the way the relationships between the 4 of the MCs have developed over the course of 2 books. Flynn has artfully fleshed them out in a way where their strengths and weaknesses balance one another out. I am eagerly awaiting the conclusion to the trilogy in the next book!💖
