I’m confused. This book doesn’t deserve the hype. There were annoying changes in the timeline that really just didn’t make sense. And the love interests were annoying. Conrad and Jeremiah were absolute jerks. Conrad was portrayed as this bad boy but guess what, he’s actually really abusive and it’s romanized that he keeps treating Belly poorly (like Edward from Twilight). And Jeremiah tried to guilt Belly into dating him and he kissed her without permission even after she said that she didn’t want to be kissed (like Jacob from Twilight) And Cam wasn’t even a real love interest. Belly was just using him to make Conrad jealous. Anyway, this was a short book but it would have been shorter if Belly wasn’t a Bella-type character. But then again there might not be a book if this wasn’t Twilight without vampires.
