A Good Girl's Guide to Murder
by Holly Jackson
An ultra-twisty cold-ish case mystery with a dash of romance. I sped through this, and the evidence is the raw spot on the inside of my cheek where I compulsively gnawed at it through the high-tension moments.
My only complaint is that I wish the editorial team would’ve let this book remain “super-British” (as the author notes in the acknowledgements) instead of resetting it for an American audience. I want to read the original version!
