ARC received for an honest review

We met Tori and Jamie in the first book, Four Letter Word.

And after meeting them in book 1, there was no ifs or buts about it, I HAD to get my hands on Hit The Spot and know more.

And you know what, this book did Hit The Spot for me. It is full of snark, innuendo, witty banter. But also full of longing looks across the room, sexual tension out the wazoo (and later in it!!)

Jamie's dirty mouth is a beautiful thing to behold! Sometimes in books the cocky guy with a mouth (and the moves to go with it) can come across as a real arse, but Jamie toed that line between cocky and arrogant without pushing it over that line. I loved that he went after Tori, that he didn't just talk the talk but walked the walk to get her to see him.

Tori - girl, I wanted to talk some sense into you. Your stubbornness when it came to Jamie had me wondering what was wrong with you at times! I wanted you to get out of your head! Yes I was glad that you didn't want to be just another notch in his bedpost, but still...

Love was an adventure. It should be spontaneous and irresponsible and a little crazy. Not planned for. Not overthough.

You will be drawn into their game and won't want either of them to lose.

I have really enjoyed the Dirty Deeds books, and can't wait to see what we get next!
