Separation Anxiety
by Laura Zigman
Since May is Mental Health Awareness month, I'm challenging myself to read more books with characters that have mental illness or mental illness is talked about in the book.
.
First up is Separation Anxiety! I listened to this book and enjoyed it. It had it's slow parts but the main character obviously (by the title) had separation anxiety and the husband had anxiety. This book also talked about depression, grief and cancer.
.
This book was quirky, brought light to some harder topics and kept me entertained. This book is fairly short and I enjoyed the odd chapter titles too.
.
I'm glad I listened to this book and am excited to read more like to.
