I enjoyed this view of different women through what they ate. I personally found the first two chapters harder to read, but once I hit Eleanor Roosevelt, I felt like the book hit its stride. Roosevelt, Braun, Pym, and Gurley Brown were all very readable and enjoyable. I'm not sure if there was more information about these women which made it more readable, or if it was my own bias. Either way, it made me think about my own food life, and that was an interesting take on my life I hadn't considered before.
