This is really sort of a novella that sets the stage for the other books, but I did enjoy the world building, meeting the characters and getting to see Asher and Grace's romance bloom, and then the subsequent consequences Asher face due to his actions and how it affects them as a couple. I'm actually really excited to see what happens between them.
