For the first part of this book, I really didn't think I was going to like it. While I love paranormal and don't have an issue with BDSM (I loved Fifty Shades of Grey), it started so fast between innocent virgin, Harper, and a centuries old BDSM loving vampire, Liam. I had trouble believing this and would have liked to have read more about them and had a little more chemistry before she is just ready for whips and sex when she's only ever kissed a guy before. With that said... once I got into this I couldn't put it down. I think if this book were longer it would have allowed for more character development and a little more plot.
I am definitely going to check out more books by this author because she does have a gift for creating an alpha bad boy!
