I read this in one sitting so I quite enjoyed it. I was frightened quite frequently, the author was great at building up the creep factor. I liked the alternating POVs, that’s rare in a thriller like this. I enjoyed all the queerness, that was a pleasant surprise. 

I think the ending was wrapped up a bit too quickly (sooo much buildup, not a ton of payout) and I also wish it had gone a bit farther, tbh!
