This was really well articulated, informative and interesting. I think I understand the concept of camp, pop culture and the difference between high and low culture a lot better now. Really, its all just bollocks and people should be allowed to like what they like. 

I wasn't familiar with quite a few of Sontag's examples when she was describing different manifestations of 'camp' in popular culture. However, I did have a lot of fun coming up with modern day equivalents.
