A Deadly Education takes place at a magic school that wants to kill all the students. We follow El as she tries to survive her time at Scholomance, as well as navigating Orion Lake, who just keeps saving her life! El is the sarcastic protagonist we all secretly want to read about. She does ramble a lot, but it ends up being part of the charm of the writing style. I am looking forward to book two.
