I liked the parts of this story - the multiple timelines and  narrators, but I felt like there was a lot of unrealized emotions. There were these other storylines that sometimes seemed thrown in there to “check off”  some boxes or wrap up some storylines neatly. I also really disliked how some characters

deaths were barely mentioned and the awful things that Florence did were beyond infuriating!
