I can't.  I liked the spookiness enough to ignore the bad writing and cheesy metaphors Vad kept saying but that ending was LAZY AND RIDICULOUS. There were almost no answers. The set up to the book was fine... I love the setting. Basically, the first half of the book was pretty ok, if a little cringey at times. The second half was complete garbage.
