Gosh, I loved this. It was original and funny and bizarre and basically everything you'd want from a book about A pirate, an assassin and an impossible curse. I was a little disappointed by the first book because I thought it had so much potential, but now that I've read the second one, I'm able to appreciate The Assassin's Curse a little more. These two need to be read together.
