I personally found this volume to be much more entertaining than its predecessors. I appreciated that the story was slightly less incredulous, and Red Hulk definitely less obnoxious, but the work of the new art team is what really captivated me. Each page was stunning and the issues on monster island had some of the most awe-inspiring art I've ever seen in a comic.
