Another stellar book from Mr. Chemerinsky. I personally feel that the Constitution is a living breathing entity, like democracy itself, and to rely on originalist interpretations of our nations laws is archaic. This nation needs justices who live in the 21st century, as Mr. Chemerinsky gives much depth and insight into the inherent problems of originalism.
