All Her Little Secrets
by Wanda M. Morris
I hate when someone who is written to be smart as shit, i.e. an Ivy league educated lawyer acts like a fucking idiot. It was bad decision after bad decision and I couldn't suspend my belief long enough to believe I was reading the actions of a lawyer. At most, the pacing was a slow burn, the reveals weren't compelling and I was underwhelmed the whole time. The secrets Ellice were keeping weren't that interesting, in my opinion, and Ellice as a character was deeply unlikable. Compared to the rest of the book, the ending was too quick paced and all in all, I didn't enjoy the time I spent reading.
