What I loved most was how the novel explores the consequences of rumors and the harm they can cause, especially in high-pressure environments like a hospital residency. The medical details feel authentic, adding depth to the story, and the emotional stakes are high from start to finish. The balance between humor, tension, and romance keeps the pages turning.
The only reason I’m giving it four instead of five stars is that some moments felt a bit predictable, and I wished for a deeper exploration of certain side characters. However, the strong plot, witty banter, and heartfelt moments make this a fantastic read for romance lovers who enjoy a touch of drama and a well-earned happily ever after.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves medical settings, strong female leads, and enemies-to-lovers dynamics!
