You Have a Match

Unbelievably disappointed that my first read of the year (and one of my most anticipated reads) was not for me. It's even more disappointing considering the fact that I adored Tweet Cute and it made my list of top ten favourite books in 2020.
I just found the book to be pretty underwhelming and at times, somewhat boring. The characters were just ok to me and the plot, while incredibly interesting, just felt a bit blah. The premise of a "parent trap" type scenario and the camp setting were setups for this book to be a favourite. But in the end, the plot just wasn't executed in an entertaining and enjoyable way and for me, it was just an okay read.
