From the dedication alone I was sucked in and knew I was going to love the book. I LOVE a good bully romance where you just hate the MMC but then he wins you over as you read it, Mason was that times 1000000. 

Dark? Check

Morally grey MMC? Check
End anyone who looks, breathes or touches her? Check

Mason HATED Leslie in the beginning because he wanted her so much but couldn't have her, since she was his new stepsister. Realizing he couldn't have her, he wanted her even more and did anything he could to ensure she was as miserable as him. Of course he pushes her too far with his games until she ends up running from him. 

Leslie is so sweet but feisty at the same time. The way she wouldn't bow down to Mason but held her head high and gave as good as she got. The banter between the two was 🤌🏼 I loved all the pining, groveling and everything Mason did to win over Leslie after all of the mess he made. I enjoyed seeing how the two were separate from each other but the two of them together... explosive!!!!
