I went into this with an open mind but I just found more things I disliked than I enjoyed in this book. It really had great potential but just fell super flat for me. 

While the plot was ok and was a great thought, it was just wayyyyyyyy to drawn out and should have been half of what it was. 

I really really disliked Cal in the beginning and only vaguely redeemed himself by the end of the book. The "paranormal" aspect came so late in the book and it was just not developed properly to get the full effect for me.
