Well I am really disappointed in this book! It is really one of the most beautiful covers and I was hoping the inside would be the same. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Most of this book was really confusing. I was trying to figure out what exactly happened or what it all meant. These girls can make flowers bloom from their fingers, yet there’s really not much more information. It’s just something in the family. I did enjoy the aspects about family and how important it is.

I had to struggle through this book. I found myself counting how many pages I had left because I found myself bored, quite often. The story just doesn’t move until pretty much the end. A majority of this book is just these girls making flowers but not even in an interesting way. The plot just wasn’t really there. I know there’s a mystery but it wasn’t even that interesting. When it all came to light, I just felt .. ehh.

The characters in this book, I could not connect to. I found the girls all a bit annoying. It could be that I’m just not the right age for this book but I didn’t care for them at all.

As you can probably tell, I didn’t love this one. It’s really flowery in so many ways. I didn’t feel like there was anything going on and it was confusing most of the time. I can’t really recommend this because I just found it boring. :-/
