I read this book for a reading challenge and I think I was so surprised that it wasn't terrible I gave it a whole extra star. It was an okay book! I would have probably liked it more than I did, but I listened to it via audiobook and Lori Petty's voice combined with some of the dialogue was... A lot sometimes.

I appreciate that it was a quick read (finished in 2 days) and that the plot was relatively simple to follow. In sum, once again, this was an okay book.
