I loved this book even with the rocky start that made it hard to continue reading at first

with Ash's father Han which was a main character in the Seven Realms series dying I felt the book would end up being bad

I loved how the story went after the begining how Ash made his way to another place to be a healer

while also planning his revenge for his Father's death

and I also liked Jenna she was an interesting character with her powers that she has no idea where they come from. The story was well paced not too slow or fast I really loved how the story went after the beginning. So I would say from this I really liked this book and will continue the series at some point.
