aoutrance 's review for:
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
by Seth Grahame-Smith
Not as historically robust as I was hoping for, though perhaps my expectations were too high for a book about vampires.
As I mentioned before, the constant back and forth between modern-day author and Lincoln's journals was jarring, as there was no indication of when one started or ended. I will look into other copies and see if that holds true (or if that is just an unfortunate formatting error).
The ending had been apparent from almost the beginning, but it leaves you wondering how Lincoln reconciled himself to that new reality.
