We got to see how the two were as kids with short flashbacks but mainly we got to see them as two grown individuals who are navigating various things in life while also trying to heal the hurt that was caused when Khalil left & work on getting back with each other. This story was funny, beautiful, drama filled, a little angst & it’s everything. I can’t wait to see what Elle does next.
