I don’t know! I just didn’t find anything new here ... which is fine, because even books with cliches I can love. But I didn’t FEEL anything for these characters or the story in itself. The writing is great, but I guess I was expecting more from that cover! This is another book I have read recently that just feels too long and seems to drag. If it had been a little shorter, some of the unnecessary descriptions could have been cut. I think if you haven’t read a ton of fantasy books, you will probably love this book, but I have just read soooo many lately.
